We are excited to launch beta integrations for both TrainingPeaks and Intervals.icu. This update allows ErgZone to pull your scheduled training calendar directly into the app while ensuring all your hard work is recorded exactly where you need it.
Intelligent Calendar & Workout Sync
Calendar Pull: Once enabled in Settings, ErgZone automatically syncs your scheduled workouts from TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu, making them available to start directly from the ErgZone app.
Automatic Upload: Every workout you complete using ErgZone, including those created directly in the ErgZone app, will be uploaded to your connected services.
Linked Results: Workouts downloaded from a platform are uniquely linked. When completed, they sync back to the original scheduled session on your TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu calendar, ensuring your coach or training log stays perfectly organized.
Standalone Workouts: Any session you perform that was not pulled from a platform (such as a Marketplace plan or a custom-built workout) will still be uploaded to your connected accounts as a new activity.

More Ways to Define Your Targets

The real-time guidance you rely on in ErgZone, showing you exactly when you are above or under your target, has just gotten more flexible. |

1. Fixed Target PaceThis update is for athletes and coaches who know exactly what split they want to hit without relying on app-calculated benchmarks.
The Change: You can now specify a single, fixed pace for any interval.
The Benefit: Previously, target paces were often derived from your personal benchmarks (like your 5k or FTP). Now, you can bypass those calculations and set a direct target (e.g., 2:00/500m).
The Experience: ErgZone provides real-time visual feedback you are used to, alerting you if you fall behind or push beyond your specific target pace.

2. Rate Range Now Available
Announced last month, the Rate Range feature is now available, allowing you to focus on a cadence zone rather than a specific RPM/SPM.
The Change: Instead of a single stroke rate, you can set a target window (e.g., 18–22 SPM or 80–90 RPM).
The Benefit: It encourages you to maintain a consistent rhythm within a specific intensity zone rather than constantly chasing a specific cadence.
The Benefit: This flexibility allows you to focus on power application and stroke quality while staying within the workout's intended goal.
The Experience: The app only provides alerts if you drop below the "floor" or climb above the "ceiling" of your range.
